For more than five decades Kids Incorporated of the Big Bend has helped families build strong foundations during the earliest years of a child’s life. From Elizabeth “Budd” Bell’s vision in 1972 to the programs and leaders who continue her mission today, the organization remains dedicated to supporting children and parents across the region. This editorial looks back at the history, growth and lasting impact of Kids Incorporated and shares how families can access services and support.

Since 1972, Kids Incorporated of the Big Bend has supported families with high-quality early childhood programs. Now, Kids Inc. is expanding that mission with the launch of the new 3K Program at the Budd Bell Early Learning Center in Tallahassee—helping children ages 3–5 learn, grow and thrive in a safe and nurturing environment.
