Kids Incorporated Approved as Step Up for Students Provider for Children with Unique Abilities

Kids Incorporated of the Big Bend is proud to announce that its Three and Pre Program has been approved as an eligible provider through the Step Up For Students Family Empowerment Scholarship for Students with Unique Abilities (FES-UA).

This approval provides families of eligible children ages three to five with a new opportunity to access scholarship funding that can help cover the cost of early childhood education and care. Through the scholarship program, families can choose Kids Incorporated’s Three and Pre Program as an approved provider for children with qualifying unique abilities.

The scholarship program is available to eligible students with a range of qualifying diagnoses and allows families to direct funding toward approved educational services and programs. Scholarships are worth an average of $10,400 and may be used for pre-K tuition and other educational expenses.

For more than 40 years, Kids Incorporated has served children and families throughout the Big Bend region through high-quality early learning programs and family support services. Becoming an approved Step Up For Students provider expands access to the organization’s Three and Pre Program and helps more families connect with the resources their children need to thrive.
